No, notifications only work on the apps for Android and iPhone.

How does Start-Stop parking work?

Start-Stop only charges you for the amount of parking you use. You must have an account balance to use Start-Stop and your account balance must have enough funds to cover the minimum charge. PayMyPark will deduct the total amount of money required for your parking when you press "Start" and reserve that balance until you press "Stop". You will then be refunded any unused funds. If you do not stop your parking by end of day, you will not receive any refund.

Start-Stop has a minimum time limit that you will be charged for.

What parking can I buy?

That depends on where you want to park. Some locations like New Plymouth have bays, others like Tauranga have areas and coupons and some places have a mixture of all three.

I forgot to print a receipt/email myself one, can I get a new one?

Yes, go to your parking history on the website and you can view a receipt for any parking that has closed (Start-stop is not included if it is still currently active).

How do I park & pay using an organisation?

To purchase parking via an organisation, you must first be part of that organisation (If you aren't, contact your organisation administrator or create an organisation yourself) and that organisation must have the vehicle you are using added as part of their vehicles.

Please check with the relevant council for information regarding how much free parking is available, and for which parking areas it applies.

Why do we charge fees on top-ups?

The service provision fee reflect the costs of running our business & providing the service.
These include app development, support, data centres / office space, etc.
The transaction fees reflect the payment processing & merchant fees levied by our bank & payment providers. These are passed on at cost.
We are independent of the councils in which we operate, and the cost of parking purchased through our system is paid to them
